I was supposed to do things I need to do at the mall but my parents said wait an hour so we can the see then hurricane hit. So the hurricane as "damaged my plans". Thats ok though! :) It's pretty interesting because the strength of the hurricane as dramatically increased to a category 4 almost a 5 if it increases its wind speeds by 10 mph. What's weird is the eye is right around sarasota, and laenja would be there if she hadn't transfered back to fsu. SO if she had gone to new college she would have had to turn around and come back cause of the mandatory evacuation. I hope the art museum and pretty buildings hold up ok. The dali museum can pretty much fall, I rather the ringling museum stay in perfect condition. Cause I love that art museum. Well i gotta go and look at the live footage of the hurricane hitting fort myers/sarasota/bradenton!

I loved watching World Idol. The two performers I liked best were Kurt Nilsen and Kelly Clarkson. Both have voices of an angel and can sing anything.I would be happy with either of them winning, cause they have the best voices in the world. When Nilsen sang "Beautiful Day", it sounded so soothing! He had such a great voice. His looks are "cute" with the gap in front of his teeth. Kelly was really good too, she can sing anything and make it sound good. But it was a competition and Nilsen won. I am happy for him because he deserves it. Hopefully, he will become famous. Im not sure if Clarkson is famous around the world, but she will be know. A difference of 1st and 2nd place really does not mean much since they both were so good. I mean look at ruben studdard and clay aiken. Studdard got 1st place, but both are good singers with record deals and CD's out. I hope Kurt NIlsen gets some cds out, same wit kelly Clarkson!

Today, i am leaving for the USA. My flight leaves in three hours so i got to go. THis was such a great experience, and im glad i did it.See you peoples in florida soon!

1 week and im back home. its all gone to fast. Has it or not? I don't know anymore. It's bittersweet, just what i expected. Friday is last night i get to see my friends here. Its so depressing, i dont get too see them in sooo long after i leave. I just made some really good friendships, and now i have to leave. Thats sad, but i have things to look foward too so thats what keeps me going. Miss you at home.

Today was a good day. Me my little sister and my mom went over for lunch at my friend's house! Her name is Lizzie! It was so good, we ate so much. It was meant to be a thanksgiving meal, and there was so much good food! I had no idea there was gonna be so much food, I was happy considering i didnt have a thanksgiving being here. They were so sweet to cook so much food! Afterwards,I went to the Stockholm International Horse SHow. That was lots of fun! For one contest the riders dressed up and did a skit before they jumped stuff. One guy was "naked Janne", so he had no shirt but a skin colored suit waist down, which had fake but cheeks and a big dick in the front. OMG it was so funny, then when it got on the horse, he was practically sitting on "it". LMAO, it was hilariousss.. My lil' sis who is 6 was like "OMG", she was laughing. I got to see Prince Philipp there as well. It was so neat! He was there cause there was an award called the PRince Philpp award, so of course he handed it out. I was suprised when he was actually there! He is cute, i think. All the girls were smiling. :) First time ive seen a prince in real life. There were other famous singers. I dont know if you have heard of Fame. THey may be known in england i dunno. I saw some minature ponies, they are the cutest! They had lots off x-mas decorations as well! Tomorrow is the first day of dec! YAY! I am now leaving on the 14th of dec for FLorida. On the 14th i leave Sweden at 3:00 pm and going to london. I am overnighting in London, and the next day leaving england for america. SO i still come back the same time, just leaving earlier! I am excited to spend night in London. We are going out to eat! Well I am going to sleep now. Big time difference!

I had a boring day at school like usual. I really miss school, chiles is a really good school. I feel so bored in this Swedish school, so I will be glad to go back. But I have made such good friends here, and I am gonnnna miss them soooooo much. :( The group of friends that I hang out with is 5 girls including me! We are gonna do Secret Santa, and I am excited. We are gonna exchange gifts before i leave. These are my friends i've made in Sweden. How do i post pics, so i can post some pics of them!
1.) Lizzie- From England,really sweet had to move to Sweden for her dad's job, and she lives near me!! Plays volleyball w/me
2.) Fanny- Swedish, grew up here but has relatives in england so she wants to improve her english by being on the english side of the schoool. Very chic. plays voleyball w/me!
3.) Agnes- Swedish but has lived in Bangladesh and other places b/c her dad works for SIDA which is a swedish organization. very nice. quite sporty
4.) Edith- Swedish w/a tad of german. Is really sweet, but so clumsy!! She's like me, so we share the problem!! LOL, its funny. She does the funniest things.
I want to skiing, that would be an experience!! Today is thanksgiving but I dont get to celebrate it since im in Sweden of course. But me, my lil' sis hannah and mom went and ate out! All you people eating good dinners, im jealous! J/K, ill survive, cause x-mas is soon here. Thats my fave holiday of the year. Cant wait for the x-mas spirit, and to see my friends again! I'll be home in 17 days, it's countdown now.
On sunday i am going to a international horse show, so thats gonna be exciting! Well i am gonna go sleep but you guys eat....... tell me how your thanksgiving was!

Yesterday I went ice skating. It was fun, and i was good at ice skating, for a change. It was especially fun. There was this famous guy there for running around in the winter in only his shorts and a pair of tennis shoes. He looked so cold but supposedely he listens to music and meditates. He looked like he was dancing really funny! He had a beer belly and long grayish hair. It was so funny! He looked so cold! Today i went ice skating as well and went shopping and ate out. It was gonna be a family day but then all of a sudden i ran into my friend lizzie from england. She was going shopping so me and my mom seperated and i went shopping with her. I got a butterfly shirt at h&m, and she got some stuff. Then I met with my mom at an ice skating rink and went ice skating. It's fun. There was this immigrant man going around asking for money. Later i saw him going through someones bags for money and i immediately told my mom so we skated over there and my mom was like "You shouldnt be doing that", and the guy freaked out and ran away. The bag he was going through was another one of my friends that happened to be there. It made me happy that me and my mom stopped that rude man. My wallet was recently stolen and it really upset me. So wallet stealers make me annoyed!! So i told her and she wanted to make sure he hadnt taken anything and he hadnt. So that was good!!! Then me and family ate out at tgi fridays. Oh i love that place. But eating out in Sweden is so expensive. it sucks. I got a sallad that costs about 17 dollars here and 7-8 dollars in america. I love america cause its cheap!!! I cant wait to come back, exactly a month today.

OMG, it's snowing, i haven't seen snow in 8 years, its not a lot of snow right now, but it's so cool! I am so excited, i dont what to do, do i use an umbrella? Oh my dad will be here any minute now, i havent seen him 3 1/2 months, i am pretty excited! That it snowed the first day my dad came!

This weekend has been great. My mom was out of town, so I had the apartment all to myslef, it was so nice. It was nice to do what i wanted fully for a changed and not get nagged all the time. I loved the freedom, of what I wanted to do! On friday i had three friends over for dinner and we ate and ate, and made a mess. But who cares, i'll clean it up before my mom gets home, and we watched a movie called Deeply. I straightened one of the girls hair, who has had really curly hair her whole life, and that was exciting. My dad is coming on monday, i haven't seen him in over 3 1/2 months, and i personally dont get along with my parents. So it has been nice. I like seeing my parents but not on a daily basis, because we just fight and that makes me frustrated. So my mom being away this weekend gave me a feel of my personal space i cant wait to live when i go to college, somewhere in Florida. Hopefully south florida by the beach. I love the beach, the wind, the salt, the water, but not the ugly sharks! I like Sweden, but it's hard to enjoy when I miss everything in Tallahassee. I'm happy here, it's just not the same. But i have made some really nice friends and its gonna be upsetting to leave them. I have mostly good experiences here so far. A lot of the people's attitudes here in Sweden are really rude and snotty. But that's just how it is. Today i was in a restaurant having a nice cup of coffee, and the waitress treated me like a piece of shit. I sit down, and order a cupf of coffe, and she tells me since I am not ordering food, i will have to sit in the bar area if people come in that wanna order food. I have no problem with that. People come in and she's looking at me trying to make me feel guilty like im some young nobody wasting her time. I can sense when people are annoyed. Right when she brings me my coffee after 20 min, which took forever, i guess i was probably her last priority, i guess since im young she thought she she could take advantage of me. Anyways a second after she hands me my coffee she gives me the receit and i look at it, and it says water, so I ask her why it says water. She says she couldnt find the button for coffe, and since water was the same price she pressed water. I was like thinking, i hope shes not lying. I put the check down and take a sip of coffee, and she's like "could you pay the bill now, i was like " Sure". this woman had a bad attitude.
Anways i am gonna go and clean up the apartment, so my mom doesnt freak!

Today was a pretty good day at school, and then aftwards I had volleyball practice. The practice went so good today for me! I'll tell you about it! Last week was bad, because there is this one extra rude girl who thinks she is so good and better than the rest of us, and is always up in everyone's space hitting the ball,not letting other people get. Well last week we were playing a game and we both call it a few times so I always let her go for, because I am not agressive. SHe says stuff like this " if you called the ball then you should have gotten it", and "Half these girls are afraid of the ball". Volleyball is supposed to be fun!!! So today I didn't want to be on her team, so I luckily didn't. Being on a different team was much more fun, I was a better at volleyball, so I didn't look a dork! And my team mates were such more fun, and one time i hit it, and the "know-it-all", totally made herself look stupid. So i was kinda happy, because that was how she made feel. From now and on, i am going to try and put that incident behind me and forget it ever happened. b/c i dont want to hold a grudge. So, i am just going to try and avoid being on her team. I just had to get my feelings out about her!! Ahh! Anyways, 2 months and I am home!!! WHOOOWHOOO! Yesterday this boy said my shoes were nice, and that made me feel good. Usually guys don't comment on your clothes! LOL!

Today was a long day, started school at 11:30 which was nice but ended at 4:20 which sucked. I like sleeping in! Bowling was lots of fun this weekend, and we went to a japanese restaurant, and I had sushi, which was pretty good. I don't like a lot of raw fish in my roll, so that was good since there wasnt much. I also had chicken in japanese sweet and sour sauce sauce. My food was delicious!!! Tomorrow I have volleyball and I am excited b/c i love doing that sport. WHen i get back to tally I want to join some volleyball team. I hope I make the volleyball team here at my school called Kungsholmen. The other night when I was out with my friends we saw this lady from a Swedish tv show that was being filmed. It was like the Real world. She had red hair and a cow girl hat! So today I watched the Swedish tv show and I saw her on tv exactly where I had seen her in real life! That was neat to see! Well i am tired, so I am going to bed! Goodnite!

Today was a good day! I love those! Boring day at school though! After school there were these auditions for a big event. Amnesty International is hosting this big event and there are going to be student models from different schools, same with singers and dancers! So that's why there were auditions for those parts after school! I auditioned as a model, and did the catwalk thing! She said I was really good, and I would most defiantely get a spot as a model at the show! This show I think is gonna be lots of fun! My friend sang, and she was really good! I was so nervous doing the catwalk on the stage in front of some people! LOL! But if i get a modeling part I will be happy. We are gonna get to get all dressed up, which will be fun!
Also, I am on schedule and not behind with online school! So thats nice! Saturday night I am going bowling! I am now on the volleyball team at my schooL! That's really fun! Anyone can be on the v-ball team, but only a number of people can be on the team that plays other schools! I hope I make the team, so I can play other schools! I wanna get good at v-ball! Melissa you have to get or use a microphone, and I will get one so we can talk on AOL IM! That's free and it works good! I am going to bed now! I love the band "The Erasmus", they are from finland. Especially the song "in my life". Oh and GOOd Charlotte is coming back to Sweden! YAy! I get to see Evansecence on the 21st of october!!!YAy, and I know it's your b-day mElissa!

Today was a good day! I went shopping for winter clothes already! Today it was so cold it was Florida's winter! LOL! I was shaking I was so cold, because I have no winter jacet. So I bought a winter jacket, and i like it pretty good! I was thinking about Brownie jacket when I bought mine, b/c they are so warm and cozy! I also bought some scarves, and leggings, and leg warmers, and a pair of suede boots that go almost up to my knee! It looks so cute with stockings, a skirt and leg warmers with a pair of boots! Last night I pulled an all nighter for my Ap us history class, and I am tired. I only slept thirty min. last night! I hade like three cups of coffee, and ate pure coffee to stay awake to work. It was funny, because I don't like it, but to stay awake it works pretty good. Charlotte I heard most of Italy was without electricity, and if you see this or when you do, tell me the details of your situation! I can't wait to see Evanescence on October 21st, which is melly's b-day! How exciting! Christina Aguilera played a concert here this past friday! John Mayer is coming to Sweden, and I wanna go. He is also coming to Tally! How neat! I am practically falling over kno, i need to get some sleep!

Today, I got some winter clothes! I got 2 scarves, a pair of mittens, and a sweater! It's so cold!!! I was freezing today! I am joining the girls volleyball team here at my school! Next Week, me and my friends are planning a mcdonalds day! Lunch is free at our school, and they are good lunches here in Sweden! About every two weeks me and my friends go out to eat for lunch. Last week was Subway day! So I am exited about another lunch day! I can't believe it's already snowing in Northern Sweden!
